Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make sure that our clients are satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of your invoice.

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Contact us in writing within 30 days of the date of your invoice.
  • Provide us with a detailed explanation of why you are not satisfied with our services.
  • Return any materials that we have provided to you.

We will review your request and will issue a refund if we determine that you are eligible. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy:

  • We do not offer refunds for services that have already been rendered.
  • We do not offer refunds for services that have been customized to your specific needs.
  • We do not offer refunds for services that have been paid for in advance.
